The training cycle is meant for youth workers, youth leaders, trainers, facilitators, teachers and educators from Georgia, who have already some experience in working with groups and youth work.

Participation in the training cycle includes:

✔ 6 online workshops (participatory methods in youth work, basics of Nonviolent Communication, empathy and conflict transformation) to be held from October 2021 to February 2022
✔ realization of initiatives together with youth in your local community with support of mentors and consultations, financial support for 10 initiatives (200 EUR) to be realized from January to March 2022
✔ certificate of participation
