Development Hub’s Temur Jvarsheishvili participated in the Erasmus+ training course Unburnable: Mental Well-being and Resilience for Human Rights Educators, held from 15–21 October 2026 in Coma-ruga, Spain.
The training explored burnout prevention, stress management, and emotional resilience in youth work and human rights education. It was particularly valuable for examining how unpredictable working environments, emotional pressure, and the demands of supporting young people can affect youth workers’ well-being and the sustainability of their work.
The programme offered an opportunity to exchange experiences with international colleagues, reflect on personal and organisational challenges, and explore practical tools for building resilience and maintaining a healthier work-life balance.
